Artist: SanD

Great things happen on Sunday afternoon walks in downtown LA. Today Scott and I were headed to our favorite gallery Hold Up in Little Tokyo when we came across some art in action. I have seen this artist's work up all over the streets and in galleries over the last year and have been so curious about who she was. Well, today by chance I got to meet a very talented and energetic Sandy! She stopped what she was doing and introduced us to all her friends who were standing around and just chatted while we watched her paint.  After we left the scene of the art we finally made it to the gallery and prominently featured was art by Sandy. The street piece on 2nd and Main is still under construction but here are some shots of the pieces from the gallery to give you an idea what it will look like when it's done.
Enjoy!

Here is a piece from Hold Up gallery that shows what the end result will be.

More samples of what the end product will be. I'll post images of the final wall when it's done.
